The Four Seasons has a number of dining options with their exclusive dine around concept which includes all dining restaurants.  Guests can decide to select a la carte within any restaurant.  Please see below details of restaurants/lounges available.

Il Frantoio

Serving an authentic selection of Italian regional cuisine, this stylish specialty restaurant creates an intimate ambience. The terrace dining area overlooks the Red Sea and a lovely courtyard with a fireplace and a fountain. Il Frantoio seats 46 indoors, 46 on an outdoor terrace, 30 in the courtyard and 14 in the private dining room.  Specialties are drawn from northern Italy, with meats, seafood and pasta. Highlights include grilled beef tenderloin with pesto roasted potatoes, as well as hand-cut ravioli filled with rucola and ricotta.  Open for dinner from 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Arabesque

This open-concept restaurant offers indoor and alfresco dining in the Main Building. Guests may dine on Mediterranean, Moroccan and Lebanese specialties, while enjoying exceptional views of the Red Sea. The décor is Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, and the restaurant seats 90 indoors, with 75 outdoors in partially covered seating.  Specialties include Middle Eastern mezzeh and fresh seafood. There is an open kitchen complete with wood-fired oven for pizzas.  Open for breakfast - 7 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and for dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Reef Grill

Located on the coastal strip near the beach and overlooking the Red Sea, the Reef Grill offers a selection of local specialties, grills and barbecued items. Capacity is 65. May to November open for lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and for dinner from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. and from December to April for lunch only from 1.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Waha Pool Bar & Restaurant

At the main pool, a large dining area serves a selection of salads and Asian-influenced casual fare. Seats 126.  The menu offers tempting salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes. During the winter months, the dinner menu features Thai cuisine and each Wednesday is fish market day with special selections highlighting the freshest fish and seafood. Light desserts, a selection of ice creams and beverages are also available.  Open April to November from 12 noon to 6.00 p.m. and from December to March 12 noon to 9.30 p.m.

Gezerah Pool Bar & Restaurant

Located on the edge of the Gezerah Pool, surrounded by family suites, Gezerah Pool Bar & Restaurant features a swim-up bar and casual outdoor dining. A selection of appetisers and Mexican light fare is served. Capacity is 40.  Light Mexican fare complemented by tasty sweets and beverages.  Open May to October from 1.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m. and November to April 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Citadel Lounge

Guests can relax and enjoy a spectacular view of the Red Sea in the Citadel Lounge, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Cocktails, beverages, snacks and light fare are offered throughout the day.  Open May to October from 5.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. and November to April 12.00 noon to 1.00 a.m.

Observatory Lounge

The Observatory Lounge offers a relaxed, candlelit ambience with spectacular vistas of Tiran Island and the Red Sea. The lounge serves a variety of cocktails, special martinis and non-alcoholic beverages.  Open May to October from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. and November to April from 5.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.

Nafoura Lounge

The open-air Nafoura Lounge offers a sophisticated Arabic ambience. Guests can enjoy traditional Arabic mezzeh (Middle Eastern appetisers) and choose from 24 different shisha (water pipe) flavours.  Open from 6.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.

Spa and Wellness Centre

The Resort's Spa and Wellness Centre offers a comprehensive fitness facility, including upright and recumbent bicycles, elliptical trainers, treadmills and free weights, stationed indoors and outdoors. The lap pool provides a welcome aerobic exercise in a relaxing atmosphere, with water sprinkling onto the pool surface from spouts mounted on the side of the pool.

Guests who arrive prior to check-in time, when no guest rooms are available, or who have departing flights after the check-out hour, may enjoy full use of the Spa and Wellness Centre and the Departure Lounge.

The Spa and Wellness Centre facilities are available to guests 13 years of age and over.

The Daniela Steiner Beauty and Wellness Spa offers a comprehensive range of all-natural spa treatments and massages. Designed to meet the personal needs of each guest, they promote relaxation, invigoration and renewal. The Spa offers 13 treatment rooms including a couple's treatment room, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. The Spa also features a lap pool and fitness area.

Spa services and facilities are available to guests aged 13 and older. Massage treatments, however, are available to guests aged 18 and older.

Waha Pool

The heated free-form freshwater swimming pool is approximately 1,000 square metres (10,764 square feet) and has an outdoor whirlpool. It features a landscaped pool deck, island bar, private canvas cabanas, underwater music and views of the Red Sea. Food and beverage service is available between 10:00 am and sunset.

Tennis

The Four Seasons has 4 tennis courts and the tennis Centre is operated by Peter Burwash International, a highly recognised firm of tennis professionals. Their pro shop provides for the needs of players at all levels, and also serves refreshments. Tournaments, private and group clinics and lessons are available.

Beach activities

A 100-metre (328-foot) stretch of smooth white sand, the Resort's beach is exclusively for guests of the Four Seasons. The azure waters range in temperature from 20 to 29 degrees Celsius (68 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit), and chilled towels, ice water and facial spritz service are available on an hourly basis. Beach towels and chaises lounges are complimentary.

A jetty allows divers and swimmers easy access to deeper waters, facilitating snorkelling and exploring of the beautiful coral reefs under the sea. Exciting Jeep excursions and boat tours are available on site.
